JCM utilizes the latest CAD technology to create a virtual work environment. This capability allows the Construction Team (Designers, General Contractor and Trade Contractors) to “view” Mechanical elements in their proposed installation locations. Any installation conflicts are resolved at the earliest stages of construction prior to having a detrimental impact on the completion schedule and cost budget.
